Small Group Classes (1:4)

Small Groups, Intentional Movement

Our Small Group Classes are limited to a maximum of four participants, allowing for a balanced experience between personalized attention and the dynamic energy of group training.

Classes focus on building foundational strength, improving posture and stability, and enhancing body awareness through thoughtfully structured Pilates movements. Instructors are able to closely observe and guide each participant while maintaining the supportive atmosphere of a small community.

This format is ideal for those who enjoy the motivation of practicing alongside others while still valuing quality instruction and a more intimate studio environment.
