Barre at Aurise is a dynamic full-body workout inspired by Pilates, ballet, and functional movement training. The class combines controlled, low-impact movements with strength and endurance exercises to create a practice that feels both graceful and energizing.

Barre helps improve posture, flexibility, balance, and muscular endurance while placing particular focus on the legs, core, and overall body alignment. Though the movements may appear subtle, the practice offers a deeply effective and engaging challenge for the entire body.
